Hey there!
I'm Lauren, a self-taught illustrator living in Durango, Colorado with my partner and our dogs. I grew up in Reno, Nevada and that shaped everything about how I see and recreate in the outdoors.
Looking back, I would say I've always been an artist. I was constantly drawing, and I treated my skis and my bike as their own form of art. Every minute I've spent outside has directly shaped the work I make today.
My art is bold and full of color. Choosing color is something I'm deeply passionate about, and I believe it's what makes my work stand out. I specialize in digital illustration, surface design, and mural installation.
In 2019 I started dabbling in digital art and sharing it on social media. The work gained enough traction that I took a leap and began reaching out to companies to collaborate. Years later, one of my specialties is creating artwork that lives on products, from down blankets to water bottles to Kula Cloths. I work primarily in the outdoor industry with clients ranging from state parks to for-profit brands, and I stay involved from design through manufacturing so the artwork becomes what the client has envisioned.
