I received my order, may I exchange it for something different?

Unfortunately, I can't offer exchanges, unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If this does happen please email me and I can send you a prepaid return label.

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

I can't accept returns at this time. As a small business, returns take a big toll because they are expensive to make happen. Because a lot of items are made to order, it's not feasible at this time.

My order arrived damaged - can I exchange it?

If your order arrives damaged, please email me! I will send you a prepaid shipping label and send out a new package ASAP.


When will my order ship?

I'm currently a one-women show, so orders can take up to 7 days to ship! If you ordered athletic apparel, it will take up to 10 days to ship because they are all made to order. Beauty takes time - thank you for your patience!

I made an error when typing my address - can you correct it?

If you see any discrepancies with your order, just send me an email ASAP! I normally respond within within 2 business days, so we can get everything corrected before your order ships.

I ordered stickers - will you provide me with a tracking number?

Unfortunately, orders containing only stickers won't contain a tracking number. This is for efficiency and cost purposes!

I didn't receive all of my items, when will the other(s) arrive?

Some items will occasionally ship separately, and it's possible I could forget to add something! Email me via if you have any questions.
